These terms apply to the My Habits app and website. By using either, you agree to these terms and the applicable Apple terms.
App Store license
The app is licensed, not sold. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs your license to use My Habits. If these terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls for the app license.
Using My Habits
You may use My Habits for personal, lawful habit tracking on Apple devices you own or control. Do not misuse the app or website, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or copy, modify, redistribute, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law permits it.
Health information
My Habits is a tracking tool, not a medical device or healthcare service. Progress, goals, charts, reminders, and Apple Health integrations do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified professional for health decisions and emergencies.
Purchases and subscriptions
Apple handles all purchases and billing. Prices and available plans appear before purchase and may vary by country or currency. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them through your Apple account at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple's billing, cancellation, and refund rules apply.
A lifetime purchase provides access to the app's paid functionality for as long as My Habits remains available and technically supported. It does not promise that every current feature will remain unchanged forever.
Your data
You are responsible for the habit information you enter and for maintaining any exports or device backups you need. The privacy policy explains how the app and website process information.
Availability and changes
The app and website may change, gain or lose functionality, or be discontinued. Access can also be interrupted by maintenance, device compatibility, App Store availability, or third-party services. We will not make changes that remove rights you already have under applicable consumer law.
Warranty and liability
Apple's Standard EULA contains the applicable warranty and liability terms for the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the laws that apply to you.
Ending use
You may stop using My Habits at any time and delete the app. Your right to use the app may end if you materially violate these terms or Apple's Standard EULA.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change when the app, website, law, or business model changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply where permitted by law.
